Mizeria (Cucumber Salad) Recipe - Recipe from Hanka's Table cookbook

Ingredients

• 2 large cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and cut into thin slices
• 2 onions, one sliced, the other diced
• 1/2 cup plain yogurt
• 1 teespoon sugar
• Salt, to taste
• 1/2 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
• 1/2 teespoon chopped fresh dill

Preparation

Mix the cucumbers with the yogurt, then add the sugar, salt, and pepper. Combine throroughly, Sprinkle the surface with the dill and serve
